Alright mom, so you're not allowed to freak out or worry or anything about this next part, but... I broke my nose. Haha, the first picture I sent is as bad as it got, I promise! The story is, we were playing basketball outside on Saturday, and there was a rebound that landed near me and another Elder on my team: Elder Shields. So, we both reached for the ball, and he's pretty tall, so he was bent down, and I SMACKED my nose on his forehead and fell backwards. Needless to say, there was blood everywhere both from the cut on my nose, and from both nostrils, but I got cleaned up and started icing it. (The second picture is right after the incident) Anyway, I talked to the Hermana Romney and the doctor here and they both said the same thing. If they were a betting man/woman, they would bet that it's broken. The good news is that it's not displaced at all, so I can breathe fine, and it's not bent. So the worst part is a little pain, and the best part is my gnarly black eyes! (third picture) Please don't worry though! I'm honestly completely fine!
Other than that it's been a pretty normal week. We went contacting with our normal companions down at the beach, and I hardly understand a word anyone says to me, but we're able to share a message and give out restoration pamphlets, so that's fun!
